Those of you who visited this site before may know, that we have started this service as a support club. The intention was to offer ongoing virtuemart support at an affordable price. Though this idea was ok, 95% of all requests and purchases during the last year were “single support calls” and requests for development.

We have to face the fact, that there is a bigger demand for help case by case. That’s why we have changed the face and the structure of our service in October 2008.

The only support plan that survived the “relaunch” is the marketing plan, because this is a service that only works as an ongoing process.
